No. Take them out to eat, sleep, smoke or work out. It's the best way to keep them in perfect condition.

After each wear, brush the inside with a soft brush and cold water, without toothpaste (it leaves white residue). Gently rub the outside with your finger, then pat dry. Every now and then, soak them for 5 to 10 minutes in lukewarm water with baking soda. Full details are in our care & use guide.

Grillz are removable: they go on and come off without altering your teeth. Keep up good oral hygiene and take them out regularly. If you feel any discomfort or irritation, stop wearing them and see your dentist.

A denture adhesive (such as Fixodent) improves the hold. Depending on the design and the shape of your teeth, it may be needed for a secure fit.

We work with silver and 10K, 14K and 18K gold, in yellow, white or rose gold. The higher the karat, the purer the gold. A gold plated option is also available on several designs.

Allow 2 to 4 weeks of production after your impression and deposit, then 2 to 5 days of DHL Express delivery if you're outside Montréal.

In Martinique and Guadeloupe, your impression is taken at one of our partner dentists (€90 extra for impression and delivery). Elsewhere, a scan at your own dentist is all you need. Message us and we'll guide you.

In Montréal, by Interac e-Transfer. In the French Caribbean and France, by PayPal (with the option to pay in up to 4 fee free installments), bank transfer or Revolut. For other countries, payment details are on your quote. In all cases, a 50% deposit starts production and the balance is paid on pickup or before shipping.

Yes. Bring it in: after evaluation, a credit can be applied to your order.

Before design work begins, your deposit is fully refunded. After that, since each piece is unique and made to fit you, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. Full details are in our terms of sale.
