Production Terms

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

These terms supplement our terms of sale and form an integral part of them. They explain what applies at each stage of creating your piece.

1. Changes during design

Before production, your piece is designed in 3D (CAD) or carved in wax. This design work is a significant part of the creation.

  • If you remove or change an element during design (for example, one tooth in grillz with several teeth), 70% of that element's value is retained by Virgal & Co. for the design work already completed.
  • The remaining 30% is returned to you as a store credit, not cash. This credit is in your name, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and is valid for 12 months on any future creation.
  • Once you have approved the design and production has started (casting, metalwork, stone setting), no changes, cancellations or refunds are possible, including as store credit.

2. Impression not provided

If no usable impression is sent to us within 4 weeks of approving the quote, the order is considered abandoned and the deposit is retained by Virgal & Co. If you are having trouble getting your impression taken, let us know before this deadline and we will find a solution together.

3. Aesthetic result

Each piece is made according to the design approved with you. A complaint based solely on personal taste (shape, style, look), when the piece matches the approved design, does not entitle you to a refund or a free rework. A modification may, however, be offered on quote.

4. Shipping by carrier

Shipments are sent by DHL Express and you will receive a tracking number. When the carrier shows the parcel as delivered, any claim for a lost or missing parcel must be supported by evidence of the problem (report to the carrier, written statement, photos). Insured shipping can be offered on request.

These terms do not limit the legal warranties you are entitled to, described in our terms of sale.
